The FAC examines guidelines and procedures concerning faculty affairs as they apply to Regular, Educator, and Affiliated Faculty and makes recommendations to the School Council. The Frost School Council shares these recommendations with the Dean. These issues include the following: a) faculty appointments, b) faculty orientation, c) faculty mentoring, d) faculty development and faculty travel, e) faculty evaluation, faculty promotion, and faculty tenure, and f) faculty loads, including teaching, creativity, research, and service.
